Who I Help

I help those that have difficulty controlling their frustrations. Anger can impact your judgement and decision making, which can lead to problems with your thoughts, feelings, and how you interact with others. I help individuals, couples and families with goals that might include: becoming more in control of their emotions, working on managing stress and anger, and dealing with conflict in a healthy way. I teach men how to become emotionally vulnerable because the more emotionally vulnerable a man becomes in a relationship, the more of a man he has a chance to become, because he’s becoming more of himself.
